Stephanie is a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. She started her career in psychology 15 years ago and has over 10 years' experience in the NHS. She is passionate in supporting others to discover new insights about themselves and helping them to utilise their strengths. She has a special interest in neuropsychology and neurodiversity

Jasmine is a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. She is passionate about neurodiversity, and has experience in NHS adult and paediatric autism diagnostic services. She also works as a clinical lecturer at the UEA, supporting the training and development of clinical psychologists and conducting research into the impact of adult autism

She also works as a clinical lecturer at the UEA, supporting the training and development of clinical psychologists and conducting research into the impact of adult autism diagnosis. Clinically, Jasmine is particularly interested in exploring the impact of masking in neurodivergent individuals and places emphasis on this during the assessment process, as well as supporting individuals to foster acceptance of their neurodivergent identity.

Cassie Pierson is a HCPC-registered Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2). She has over 15 years of experience working in community, clinic and school settings, identifying speech, language, and communication disorders in individuals ranging from toddlers to adults with complex needs.
In addition to her role in autism assessment, Cassie leads a team of Speech and Language Therapists across the UK, supporting children and families with a wide range of speech and language difficulties. Her special interests include neurodiversity in the early years and complex communication difficulties in neurological trauma.

Beccy is passionate about understanding each person’s unique profile, strengths and needs, and believes that meaningful support begins with genuine listening, respect and collaboration. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based and reflective approaches, alongside a commitment to neuro-affirming values. Beccy is an active member of the London Autism and the Diagnostics in Autism & Neurodevelopment Clinical Excellence Networks, ensuring she remains up to date with current research and best practice. Beccy is dedicated to helping individuals and families feel understood and empowered in navigating their neurodivergent journeys.
