She has a special interest in neuropsychology and neurodiversity and strives to provide comprehensive and person-centred assessment.

Jasmine is a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist. She is passionate about neurodiversity, and has worked in both NHS adult and paediatric autism diagnostic services. She also works as a clinical lecturer at the UEA, supporting the training and development of clinical psychologists and conducting research into the impact of adult autis

Clinically, Jasmine is particularly interested in exploring the impact of masking in neurodivergent individuals and places emphasis on this during the assessment process, as well as supporting individuals to foster acceptance of their neurodivergent identity.

Cassie Pierson is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2). She has over 15 years of experience working in community, clinic and school settings, identifying speech, language, and communication disorders in individuals ranging from toddlers to adults with complex needs. In addition to her role in autism assessment, Cassie leads a team of Speech and Language Therapists across the UK, supporting children and families with a wide range of speech and language difficulties. Her special interests include neurodiversity in the early years and complex communication difficulties in neurological trauma.
